Together with your obligations less than Area 6 of the Transaction Conditions & Problems, you also comply with indemnify, defend and maintain harmless us, our Affiliate marketers and their and our respective officers, directors, workforce, Associates and agents in opposition to any Claim that arises from or pertains to: (a) the Units (if title ha
